We started as a small flipping firm in downtown and South Side of Chicago five years ago, aiming to help home investors and home buyers make great return and great buys on their money. It soon became obvious that it would make sense to help our clients see beyond the walls and floor plans and be there with them from the get-go. Currently, we offer house sourcing, light remodeling , full remodeling, interior design, and sell to the end buyer in order to help our customers find their profitable investment properties and retail home buyers offer quality homes as seamlessly and painlessly as possible with competitive market prices.

This is win-win situation for our investors and retail buyers who are frequently standing in line waiting for the completion of the project to purchase.

Our passive investors usually receiving 20-25 % ROI on the single projects and 20%-40% ROI annually. Duration of one project is between 4-8 months depending on the scope of work and time of the year. I
